Medical Technologist Board Exam Results (March 2009)
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has announced that 371 examinees passed the Philippine Medical Technology board examination which was held on March 3 and 4, 2009. The said which is also known as medical technologist licensure exam was given by the Philippine Professional Regulatory Board of Medical Technology in Manila, Baguio and Cebu.
The composition of the Philippine Board of Medical Technology are chairman: Dr. Marietta C. Baccay; members: Ms. Marilyn R. Atienza and Ms. Marian M. Tantingco.
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will start on Monday, March 16, 2009 but not later than March 31, 2009. Those who will register are required to bring the following:
a. duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
b. current Community Tax Certificate (cedula)
c. 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag)
d. 1 piece 1” x 1” picture (colored with white background and complete name tag)
e. 2 sets of metered documentary stamps
f. 1 short brown envelope with name and profession
g. Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2009-2012
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The oathtaking ceremony will be held before the Board on Sunday, April 5, 2009 at 1:00 in the afternoon at the Fiesta Pavilion of the Manila Hotel, One Rizal Park, Manila, Philippines.
